Sleeping Beauty
Take your time. Let the story unfold.
When Princess Briar was born, the kingdom held a joyful celebration. Kind guests brought wishes for courage, curiosity and laughter. One old fairy arrived late and, feeling forgotten, placed a spell on the princess that would bring a long sleep.
The spell and the promise
A kinder fairy softened the spell. She could not remove it, but she promised the princess would wake when the time was right. The king asked everyone to protect the young princess and keep hope alive.
A quiet castle
On her sixteenth birthday, Briar found an old spinning wheel in a tower room. She touched it, and the spell began. She fell into a deep, gentle sleep.
A song through the vines
Many years later, a traveler heard a melody drifting from the quiet castle. Instead of forcing a way inside, the traveler sat outside and played the tune back on a flute.
A kingdom wakes
The spell lifted at sunrise. Briar woke in her room, rested and ready to step into the garden. The castle woke with her, and the vines opened a safe path.
