How to Use the Soroban Tool

Step 1

Click the upper bead (Heavenly Bead) to activate a value of 5.

Step 3

Click the lower beads (Earthly Beads) to activate values of 1 each.

Step 4

Move beads toward the reckoning bar to count them as active.

Step 5

Observe the number displayed at the top of the tool.

Step 6

Use the Reset button to clear all beads and start again.

Step 7

Use Full Screen Mode for a distraction-free learning experience.
