This User Manual provides a complete guide to using your All-in-One Education Tools. These tools are designed for teachers and students to simplify classroom logistics and foundational learning.
📐 Math Section
Focus: Arithmetic and Number Theory.
1. Tables Generator
- How to use: Enter any number (e.g.,
7) in the input box and press Enter or click Generate. - Features: It creates a full multiplication table from 1 to 10.
- Copying: Once generated, a green Copy Table button appears. Click it to copy the text for use in other apps.
- Auto-Height: The tool automatically expands to show the full table without scrolling.
2. Fraction Simplifier
- How to use: Enter the Numerator (top number) and Denominator (bottom number).
- Features: Click Simplify to reduce the fraction to its lowest possible terms using the Greatest Common Divisor (GCD).
3. LCM / HCF Calculator
- How to use: Enter a series of numbers separated by commas (e.g.,
12, 18, 24). - Features: Click Calculate to find both the Highest Common Factor (HCF) and the Least Common Multiple (LCM) simultaneously.

Focus: Time management and student participation.
4. Custom Bell Timer
- How to use: Enter the desired duration in Minutes and Seconds.
- Features: * Click Start to begin the countdown.
- Click Stop to cancel the timer at any time.
- The “Start” button disables while running to prevent overlapping timers.
- Completion: A bell icon and “Time Up!” message appear when the countdown reaches zero.
5. Smart Attendance Picker
- How to use: Paste your student list into the text area (one name per line).
- The Round System: * Click Pick Student to select a name.
- The tool remembers who has already been called. It will not repeat a name until everyone in the list has had a turn.
- Check the counter below the result to see how many students are left in the current round.
- Reset: Use the Reset button to start a new round or to update the list if students leave/join.

Focus: Visual and auditory foundations.
6. Number Beads
- How to use: Enter a number (up to 500).
- Features: Click Visualize to see that exact number of blue beads (🔵). This helps younger children understand the “size” of a number visually.
7. Phonics Randomizer
- How to use: Click New Sound.
- Features: Displays a random vowel-consonant blending sound (like “BA” or “TE”) in large text. Perfect for speed-reading drills and phonemic awareness.
✨ Extra Tools
Focus: Quick conversions and gamified learning.
8. Unit Converter
- How to use: Enter a value and select your “From” and “To” units.
- Features: Converts automatically as you type. Supports length (KM/Meters) and weight (KG/Grams).
9. Quick Quiz
- How to use: Click New Question.
- Features: A random multiplication problem appears with four choices. Click the correct answer to get a “Correct! 🎉” alert. If wrong, you can try again.
🧑💼 Admin Dashboard
- Usage Stats: Tracks how many times buttons have been clicked across all tools.
- Language Support: Use the dropdown in the header to switch the interface between English, Telugu, and Hindi.
- Reset All Data: Found in the Admin tab, this clears all usage stats and local settings.
